Last week, the members of the Global Leadership Team (GLT) met in Vienna for an exciting two days. This year there were several new members joining the meeting which demonstrates both the increased diversity and growth of L&R.
The event followed the motto “The Future Is Ours” – a positive outlook on L&R’s continued success and a clear reminder that we will only succeed by working closely together as one strong WE are L&R Team.
To underscore the future outlook, the second day of the meeting was not held at the Vienna office as usual, but at the Vienna Airport Conference Center and Tower.
This second day was all about strategy: Thomas, Holger, Fabio and Klemens shared the new strategy with the GLT – a clear, focused and forward-looking plan for L&R’s future. Beginning in January, it will be rolled out across the wider L&R organization, empowering our teams to turn ambition into action and build our next chapter together.
Overall, the meeting was shaped by open dialog, shared inspiration and a strong sense of momentum – with everyone committed to what’s ahead.
